1. Who we are

This site is operated by Phones Vapes 4 All, a partnership of three independently-run repair shops in the London area: Phone 4 All Ltd (Twickenham), Phones & Vapes 4 All (East Sheen) and United Tech & Vape (Caterham). When you book a repair, the shop you choose acts as the data controller for the information you submit.

2. What we collect

When you make a booking we collect:

  • Your name, email address and UK mobile number
  • Your device make, model and the fault(s) you want repaired
  • Drop-in date and time, or your callout address and preferred window
  • Notification preferences (email and/or SMS updates about your repair)
  • Any notes or context you choose to share with the shop

We do not ask for payment card details on this website. Any payment is collected separately, either in shop or through a secure payment link the shop sends you.

3. Why we use it

  • To confirm and carry out the repair you booked
  • To send you status updates by email or SMS (only on the channels you opted into)
  • To respond to enquiries you raise with the shop
  • To meet our legal and accounting obligations

Our lawful basis is performance of a contract for the booking itself, and your consent for any marketing-style messages.

4. Analytics & cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. GA4 sets cookies (or similar identifiers) and processes a truncated version of your IP address — we have IP anonymisation enabled, so your full IP address is never stored. GA4 does not let us identify you personally.

The data GA4 collects is processed by Google in line with their own privacy notice. You can opt out by using browser settings that block analytics cookies, or by installing Google's official opt-out browser add-on.

We do not use advertising, retargeting or social-media pixels on this site.

5. Sharing your information

We share your booking details only with:

  • The shop you booked with (so they can carry out the repair)
  • Our SMS provider (Twilio) when you opt into SMS updates
  • Our email provider, used to send transactional emails about your booking
  • Google, for the analytics described above

We never sell your data. We don't share it with third parties for advertising.

6. How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for as long as needed to operate your warranty and meet UK tax and accounting law (typically six years). Analytics data is retained at Google's default GA4 retention setting.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to:

  • See the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct anything that's wrong
  • Delete your data (subject to legal retention obligations)
  • Stop or restrict how we use it
  • Receive a copy in a portable format

To exercise any of these rights, contact the shop you booked with directly. If you're not happy with our response, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

8. Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be highlighted on the booking flow.
